Green Label will create a plan to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to meet your expectations.

Procurement of Installers

Only high quality equipment and certified contractors will be used to complete the installations in order to maximise the performance of the specified system. When required a tendering selection process will be implemented

Procurement of Materials

We will conduct a detailed procurement assessment, to ensure the right and optimal materials are sourced. This is crucial when delivering specialist projects with a high cost

Quality Control and Management

Large scale renewable projects may require multiple contractors onsite and therefore coordination, planning and communication is paramount to successfully delivering the project and minimising contractual issues.
Green Label's project managers will be attending site across the project to supervise and provide inspections where necessary

Budget Control and Programme

Managing and frequently communicating a programme of works is fundamental to any project. We will work with the contractors to ensure any scheduling challenges are identified as early as possible to minimise the impact and implications on the project

Compliance Checks

Contractors will be required to evidence compliance conformity pre-selection and post installation to ensure works have been completed to industry standard

Commissioning and Handover

We will ensure commissioning has been complete and all systems are operational. We will then arrange a full handover with all main contractors and facilitate client demonstrations and how to guides. All certifications and handover documents will be sent in line with industry standards
